Who We’re Looking For

We are looking for a highly organized, process-driven GTM Operations Manager to serve as the operational backbone of our Sales and Customer Success teams.

This role is responsible for ensuring our go-to-market motion runs efficiently, accurately, and at scale. You will own the day-to-day administration and optimization of HubSpot, manage customer communication workflows, maintain clean pipeline visibility from first touch through renewal, and remove operational friction across revenue-facing teams.

This role is critical to our growth. You will build and maintain the systems, automations, and reporting infrastructure that allow Sales and Customer Success to operate at a high level while giving leadership clear visibility into performance and opportunities.

What You'll Do

  • Own GTM Systems & CRM Operations
    • Manage the day-to-day administration, optimization, and maintenance of HubSpot
    • Build, improve, and maintain CRM workflows, automations, and operational processes
    • Ensure accurate deal stages, pipeline hygiene, and customer lifecycle management across Sales and Customer Success
    • Identify inefficiencies and proactively improve systems that support revenue operations
  • Manage Pipeline Visibility & Revenue Operations
    • Maintain clean and accurate visibility into the sales pipeline from lead creation through renewal
    • Support revenue recognition processes, deal tracking, and operational reporting
    • Ensure data accuracy across deals, accounts, contacts, and customer lifecycle stages
    • Create reliable reporting for leadership on pipeline health, conversion, retention, and growth metrics
  • Own Customer Communication Workflows
    • Build and manage outbound email campaigns and lifecycle communication workflows in HubSpot
    • Support customer onboarding, retention, billing, renewal, and expansion communications
    • Ensure consistency and accuracy across customer-facing operational messaging
    • Partner with teams to improve customer communication timing, segmentation, and effectiveness
  • Support Sales & Customer Success Execution
    • Act as a trusted operational partner to Sales and CS leadership
    • Help implement and improve sales processes, customer handoff workflows, and account management systems
    • Support forecasting, account ownership management, and process enforcement across teams
    • Reduce operational friction so revenue teams can focus on customers and outcomes
  • Build Reporting & Data-Driven Insights
    • Translate business needs into dashboards, reporting, and operational visibility
    • Surface insights that help leadership make better decisions around growth and retention
    • Maintain strong documentation around workflows, systems, and process standards
    • Use data to identify risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement across the customer journey
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally
    • Work closely with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, Marketing, and
    • Leadership to align systems with business goals
    • Partner with Product and Engineering when operational workflows require deeper technical support
    • Ensure smooth execution across all revenue-driving functions through strong operational discipline

Qualifications

  • What You Bring
    • Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
    • 3–6+ years in Revenue Operations, GTM Operations, Sales Operations, Customer Success Operations, or similar role
    • Strong experience with HubSpot administration, workflows, automation, and reporting
    • Experience managing CRM data quality, pipeline operations, and revenue workflows
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Highly organized with strong project management and follow-through
    • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment
    • Strong experience in reporting and familiarlity with SQL
