Who We're Looking For
We are looking for a highly driven, strategic, and execution-focused Partner Marketing Manager to own marketing initiatives that drive new customer acquisition through partnerships while creating measurable value for our partners and existing customer base.
This role is responsible for building and executing co-marketing strategies with partners, managing campaigns across multiple channels, and ensuring our partner ecosystem becomes a major driver of growth. You will work closely with strategic partners to create programs that generate pipeline, strengthen relationships, and improve customer engagement.
This role is critical to our growth. You will own the execution of partner marketing efforts across email, paid campaigns, webinars, landing pages, content, and social channels while ensuring consistency across all customer-facing materials and brand touchpoints.

Responsibilities
- Own Partner Marketing Strategy
- Develop and execute partner marketing initiatives that drive pipeline and customer acquisition
- Build co-marketing campaigns with strategic partners to generate leads and strengthen relationships
- Create programs that deliver value to both prospective customers and our existing customer base
- Identify opportunities to increase partner engagement and revenue impact through marketing efforts
- Manage Multi-Channel Campaign Execution
- Create and manage email marketing campaigns in HubSpot for partner and customer initiatives
- Launch and optimize paid campaigns across channels including Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms
- Support webinar promotion, campaign launches, product announcements, and partner initiatives
- Track campaign performance and optimize based on results and ROI
- Build & Maintain Marketing Assets
- Create and manage landing pages and web pages in Webflow for campaigns, webinars, and partner initiatives
- Ensure all materials are aligned with brand standards and messaging consistency
- Own the quality and consistency of presentations, collateral, email templates, and campaign assets
- Maintain strong attention to detail across all customer-facing materials
- Own Webinar & Event Marketing
- Plan, coordinate, and manage webinars with partners from promotion through follow-up
- Support virtual events, co-branded campaigns, and strategic partner launches
- Ensure strong attendance, engagement, and post-event pipeline generation
Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to execute successful events
- Manage Social & Content Distribution
- Own social posting strategy related to partnerships, customer stories, product updates, and campaigns
- Ensure consistent messaging across channels and partner-facing communications
- Help amplify partner campaigns through coordinated content distribution and engagement
- Maintain strong brand voice and positioning across all platforms
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally
- Work closely with Sales, Partnerships, Customer Success, and Leadership to align marketing efforts with business goals
- Partner with design, product, and operations teams to execute campaigns effectively
- Provide reporting and visibility into partner marketing performance and growth opportunities
Qualifications
- What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
- 3–6+ years in Marketing, Partner Marketing, Demand Generation, or similar growth-focused role
- Strong experience with HubSpot, including email campaigns, workflows, and reporting
- Experience managing marketing campaigns across email, paid ads, webinars, and landing pages
- Experience working in Webflow or similar website management platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and project management skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment
