Who We're Looking For
We are looking for a highly driven, organized, and people-focused Talent Acquisition & People Operations Manager to help build and scale the team that powers Alivo's growth.
This role is responsible for attracting top talent, managing the recruiting lifecycle, and building the systems and processes that support a high-performing organization. You will own hiring operations from job posting through offer acceptance while helping establish scalable recruiting, onboarding, and people operations processes as the company grows.
This role is critical to our success. Great companies are built by great people, and you will play a central role in helping Alivo identify, hire, onboard, and support the exceptional talent that drives our next stage of growth.
Beyond recruiting, this role will support key people operations, HR administration, and internal operational initiatives that help create an outstanding employee experience.

Responsibilities
- Own Talent Acquisition
- Manage the full recruiting lifecycle from job posting through offer acceptance
- Source, attract, and engage high-quality candidates across multiple departments
- Develop proactive recruiting strategies to build strong candidate pipelines
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring priorities
- Build strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruiting process
- Build & Improve Hiring Processes
- Design and continuously improve recruiting, interviewing, and hiring processes
- Create structured interview frameworks and candidate evaluation systems
- Ensure consistency, fairness, and efficiency throughout the hiring process
- Build scalable systems that support hiring as the company grows
- Manage Candidate Experience
- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process
- Coordinate interviews, feedback collection, and hiring decisions
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience that reflects Alivo’s culture and values
- Maintain strong communication and follow-through with candidates and hiring managers
- Own People Operations
- Coordinate onboarding for new employees and ensure a seamless transition into the organization
- Support payroll administration, benefits coordination, employee documentation, and HR processes
- Maintain employee records, policies, and internal documentation
- Help improve employee experience, communication, and organizational processes
- Support leadership with workforce planning and organizational initiatives
- Drive Recruiting Analytics & Reporting
- Track recruiting metrics, hiring funnel performance, and time-to-fill data
- Identify bottlenecks and opportunities to improve hiring effectiveness
- Provide leadership with visibility into hiring progress and workforce needs
- Maintain accurate reporting and operational records across recruiting and people systems
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally
- Partner closely with department leaders to understand hiring needs and organizational priorities
- Work with Leadership to improve people processes, organizational effectiveness, and team development
- Support company growth initiatives through strong talent acquisition and operational execution
- Help build the systems and infrastructure necessary to support a rapidly growing organization
Qualifications
- What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
- 3–6+ years in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, Human Resources, People Operations, or similar role
- Experience managing full-cycle recruiting across multiple functions
- Strong interviewing, candidate evaluation, and relationship-building skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment
